Server Upgrade Pricing Clarification
29 October 2004 — When calculating the price of Concurrent Client Access, the Client price is based upon the total number of Clients you will have when finished.
For example, if you have a server licensed for 4 Clients and you wish to add 2 more, you will end up with 6 Clients. The cost of the upgrade is figured (in this example) at 4 users at the upgrade price, and the 2 new users at the new price within the same pricing tier.
In cases where a Customer owns more than one Helix Server license, the price breaks apply to each license individually and are not additive.
