• In an effort to simplify the pricing of Helix Client/Server, we have eliminated the “Server Price” altogether. Helix Client/Server for Intel licenses are priced per user up to a maximum price. After that a flat fee is charged, regardless of the number of Clients. Owners of PowerPC-native versions of Helix Server (i.e: Helix Server OS X 6.0.x or Helix Server for PowerPC 6.1) can upgrade to Helix Server for Intel for $125.00 per Client, up to a maximum price of $1,750.00.
• When adding Clients to a license you already own, the price is calculated using the ‘New License or Additional Client’ price.
• Our web store automatically calculates the prices for new purchases and upgrades for you based on the following logic:
• Calculating the price of concurrent Client access is based upon the total number of Clients you will have when finished, up to the maximum price shown for that column. For example, if you have a current license for 8 and you wish to add 6 more, the purchase qualifies at the 13+ Users price level. When upgrading and adding Clients at the same time, the price for the existing Clients is determined by the upgrade price for the total number of Clients you will have when done, and the price for the new Clients is determined by the new price for the total number of Clients you will have.
• Price breaks apply to each individual Client/Server license and are not additive, regardless of how many separate licenses you may own. Thus, if one license is for 6 clients and one is for 7, they do not add to 13 and neither qualifies for the 13+ price break.

• Helix Server for PowerPC 6.1 uses the same enablement key as Helix Server OS X 6.0 — if you already own a license for Helix Server OS X 6.0 you do not need to purchase an upgrade for Helix Server for PowerPC 6.1. Your existing keys will work.

All new or upgraded Helix Server license purchases come with four (4) User Support Units (USUs). No USUs are credited for adding seats to an existing license, or for free upgrades. Additional support may be purchased as needed; see prices below.

• Helix Engine for PowerPC 6.1 & Helix Engine Classic 6.0 use the same enablement key.
• Owners of Helix RADE Classic 6.x licenses receive a free Helix Engine for PowerPC 6.1 license.

• One Helix Engine for PowerPC 6.1 license is included at no additional charge. Your free Helix Engine license is listed on your ‘Current Keys’ page.
• Helix Engine for Intel is available at standard upgrade pricing. See above.
• Helix RADE 6.1 is not required to modify collections used with other Helix 6.1 products. Helix RADE 6.1 contains new features not available in RADE 6.0.
• All Helix 6.1 products are backwards compatible with Helix 6.0 products. Helix RADE 6.1 is not required to design collections for Helix 6.1; Helix RADE 6.0 can create and modify collections intended for use with Helix 6.1 products.

All new or upgraded Helix RADE and Engine license purchases come with two (2) User Support Units (USUs). No USUs are credited for adding seats to an existing license, or for free upgrades. Additional support may be purchased as needed; see prices below.

• Each Toolkit purchase includes free maintenance updates ("x.x.x" releases) for that revision.
• Each Toolkit purchase includes one free update to the next minor revision ("x.x" releases), should there be one.
• Upgrade pricing is available for minor revisions ("x.x" releases), beyond your one free update, within that major release, should there be any.
• There is no upgrade pricing for major releases ("x.0" releases).
• The Helix Developer Utility (formerly known as the Helix Runtime Converter) can only be purchased as part of the Helix Developer's Toolkit.
• Developer's Toolkit can only be purchased only by calling our sales office. It is not available via the web store.
• Helix Developer's Toolkit components do not expire.

Each Developer Toolkit purchase comes with 7 User Support Units (USUs). Additional USUs are not earned for the RADE & Engine licenses included in the purchase. Additional support may be purchased as needed; see prices below.

Licenses for additional installations are $100.00 each.
